William O’Keefe

Bio

Mr. O’Keefe is a Vice President at Normandy and is responsible for managing the leasing activities of the New York Tri-State and Massachusetts regions. Prior to Normandy, Mr. O’Keefe garnered extensive experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market as a leasing broker for CB Richard Ellis. His expertise includes site selection, financial analysis, and the acquisition and disposition of space, with nearly 3.5 million square feet of leasing transactions behind him. His career achievements earned him some of the industry’s most significant awards for leadership and sales. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Mr. O’Keefe is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree.
