Bio
Bill is the firm's Managing Partner and a Senior Investment Advisor working with investment management clients. He serves on the firm's Investment Management Team, Operating Committee, and heads the Investment Banking Team at Edge. Bill came to Edge from Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the firm's investment banking in the Southeast United States. Bill has also been the CFO of EzGov, a venture-capital funded IT software and services company, and was a CPA with Arthur Andersen. He is also active on the Advisory Board of God's Farm, a Ministry of Atlanta Youth Project. Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce. Bill earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Administration.
