Vincent Titolo has forty years of domestic and international executive experience, recently as CEO focusing on managing day-to-day activities in the software development sector of a company headquartered in San Francisco and with major engineering and sales offices in Paris and Asia. The company was sold in Jan. 04. Vincent's focus includes business/strategic planning aimed at helping European companies establish a market for their products in the US as well as assistance in raising capital within the US and European venture capital communities. The challenges facing many companies attempting to exploit their offerings in the United States are not foreign to him as he has been dealing with this strategic issues surrounding positioning the company properly in the market and how and who they should be selling to. He also has direct experience in converting the legal status of non-US companies in order to gain access to the potential of increased acquisition valuations. Vincent has significant successful experience dealing with the venture capital, Investment and Banking community and during his long career he has raised well over $600 million. He has implemented and directed numerous private placements and Initial Public Offerings and has significant experience in industry consolidations. Vincent also successfully ran a private equity fund, Menke-Titolo Capital Corp., for nine years as their CEO and managed its portfolio investments as the non executive Chairman of the Board. Over his career he has been directly involved in the acquisition, merger and/or sale of over 30 companies including two from the Fortune 500. He also served as a Senior Vice President and CFO of three NYSE Fortune 500 companies; Ampex Corporation, Tymshare, Inc and Shaklee Corp. He has actively served on corporate boards in the US, France, Germany, England and Japan. BS Degree from Fordham University.
