Vincent Dupuy

Bio

Before joining Duke Street in July 2006, Vincent worked for Newtonmore, a family investment office, and as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions team at BNP Paribas. He brought with him experience of handling buy and sell deals in capital goods and pharmaceuticals, such as the takeover of Entrelec by ABB. Vincent has also managed divestiture procedures for French investments, such as the sale of Vogica to Arcapita and carried out venture capital investments in the UK. Vincent is a Chartered Accountant with a postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Sorbonne in Paris. He also has a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
