Joined Henderson in 2001, working with Henderson Equity Partners' investment and operations teams to transition the business from one focussed on Henderson Group investors to one supported by external institutional investors from the UK, Continental Europe, the US and the Middle East. Leads the fundraising and investor relations efforts, representing their Limited Partners to ensure that Henderson remains investor focussed in its marketing and investor communications and processes. Has over nineteen years of banking and fund management experience having worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Macquarie Bank Limited. Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
