25 years international commercial legal experience, primarily in–house with life science companies. Worked with Smith Kline and French and Schering Plough Corp in UK and US. Legal Director and Company Secretary to Biocompatibles International Ltd. Member of its Management Committee. Joined the LSE/NASDAQ quoted SkyePharma as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Advised and worked closely with the commercial management to develop SkyePharma’s licensing strategy as well as overseeing the management of its intellectual property portfolio. Member of SkyePharma’s Executive Committee. Significant hands-on international transactional experience working both with big pharma and smaller biotech companies. Currently providing consultancy services to various companies in the life-science sector. Business Law degree.
