At Sherpa Partners, Mr Pederson has helped companies develop business plans intended to attract investors and provide a blueprint to manage geometric growth. A frequent lecturer, speaker, and writer, he has used his experience to bring systems and processes to early stage technology companies. Mr Pederson is an experienced operational executive with a broad background in business development. Prior to Sherpa Partners, he served 6 years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Skyline Displays Inc where revenues doubled during his tenure. At Skyline he developed a “Key Results Program” through which he worked intimately with over 60 independent emerging companies throughout the world to successfully focus on systems and programs necessary to achieve key business milestones. In addition, he created Skyline’s renowned 16 course “Skyline University” training program. Mr Pederson’s “Marketing through Education” customer seminar programs have reached tens of thousands of companies worldwide. Prior to Skyline, he served for 3 years as VP of Sales & Marketing for Design Stages Inc. For over 7 years he served at Xerox Corporation’s engineering division in numerous sales, training, quality and management roles. Mr Pederson currently sits on the Boards of several portfolio companies. Mr Pederson received his undergraduate degree from St Olaf College and his Masters degree from the University of Illinois.
