Bio
Mr Brooks has been with JFLCO since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brooks was a founding member of the Aerospace and Defense Group at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Company where he focused on private equity-related middle market mergers and acquisitions. He has served on the boards of several of JFL’s realized investment, including Racal Instruments, Inc. (Racal Instruments), Racal Acoustics Limited (Racal Acoustics) and Atlantic Inertial Systems (AIS). Mr. Brooks graduated salutatorian and summa cum laude from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he received his B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in English from the College of Liberal Arts.
