Mr Scott R Kirkendall has more than six years of private equity experience. Mr. Kirkendall was previously an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, and, prior to its acquisition, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation Mr Kirkendall serves as Director of Woodstream Corporation, Tri-Star Electronics International, Inc, Turning Technologies and DayMen Group (Luxembourg) S.á.r.l. Mr Kirkendall earned a BS from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
