Bio

Has been with CD&R for nine years and is chairman of CD&R Europe. Previously, led the successful restructuring and reorganising of BBA Group plc, serving as chief executive officer from 1993 until 2001, and as chairman from 2001 until 2006. Also held various senior leadership positions with BTR plc and served on the board of directors. Non-executive director of BAE Systems plc and has served as a director of Azure Dynamic Corp, PowerGen, plc and Equant NV. Member of the INSEAD Country Advisory Board. Also the chairman of the supervisory board of Rexel and chairman of Italtel, helping the respective management teams drive key operational and corporate initiatives. Graduate of the College of the Holy Cross.
