Bio

Was from mid-2004, Head of Transactions for Schroders. In this role, had responsibility for sourcing, structuring, analysing and negotiating acquisitions, overseeing development and implementation of asset management strategies and negotiating and executing dispositions. Previously spent 7 years with Benchmark Group, latterly as Head of Acquisitions and Disposals, leading approximately £2 billion of acquisitions and dispositions. From 1994 to 1997, was part of the investment team of Healey & Baker. BA (Hons) in Economics and an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
