O.G. Greene serves on the boards of Atlanta-based interactive marketing and eCommerce agency Definition 6; Atlanta-based Technical Innovation, an audio-visual systems intergrator; Atlanta-based Prepaid Solutions, a payments solution provider; and Atlanta-based Brown Trucking, a transportation and logistics services provider. In his career, O.G. has gained more than 30 years of leadership and operating experience in the financial services, banking and telecommunications industries. O.G. spent 25 years with Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys), where he rose from sales representative to president of the $5.5 billion U.S. operations. He also served as COO of First Financial Management, a $2.7 billion payment systems provider to the credit card, health care and checking industries, and CEO of National Data Corporation, a $320 million payment system provider to the credit card and healthcare industries. Most recently, O.G. led Skylight Financial as chairman and CEO. As an entrepreneur, O.G. was co-founder and CEO of GridNet International, a telecommunications network provider (which he grew from a start-up to $40 million in revenues) and co-founder and CEO of Speer Communications (now DSM Networks), an information and media services provider to the broadcast and network industries. O.G. grew Speer Communications to over $65 million in revenue and sold the company to Qwest Communications, generating a substantial return for Speer's investors. O.G. has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards, including PreSolutions, Digital Fusion, Mellon Ventures portfolio company Princeton eCom, and the Research Board of Auburn University. O.G. earned Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and economics from Auburn University and graduated from the continuing education program at the University of Southern California.
