Responsible for CREATE's accounts, compliance and regulatory departments and assists in the management and monitoring of the portfolio companies. Qualified Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Baker Tilly in 2004 before moving to KPMG until 2007 when she joined CREATE. Spent time in the audit, accounts, and corporate recovery departments of Baker Tilly and spent all of her time at KPMG in the Transaction Services department. During her time at KPMG Transaction Services, performed buy and sell side due diligence, AIM reporting accountant work and other transactional services (vendor assistance, financial assistance) for medium and large companies in and around the London area.
