Bio

Worked in the Corporate Treasury Consulting team at Arthur Andersen advising listed companies on their foreign exchange, interest rate and cashflow risk management and then spent 3 years in Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank where he was involved in a number of transactions across the IT and Business Services sectors. Before joining Moorfield in 2008, was Finance and Commercial Director of Xchanging’s 2,000 person insurance outsourcing business across the UK, US and India, where as well as Finance, oversaw HR, Legal and Property teams, and negotiated and structured complex outsourcing arrangements. Responsible for group finance including financial and management reporting, banking relationships, and the finance team. Degree in History from Durham University. He qualified as an ACA.
