Nicholas Memmo, Partner, joined Kline Hawkes in 1999 and serves as a member of the investment committee for Kline Hawkes Pacific, L.P. Mr. Memmo leverages his operations and direct line experience as an accomplished COO to pursue and manage investments in business services, consumer services and specialty manufacturing industries. Mr. Memmo is Chairman of the Board of Rayne Corporation, Environmental Services Group and IPMobileNet, Inc. He has had board seats and board observer positions for the following companies: Casestack, Keylime Software, National Water & Power and PrimeSource Surgical. He received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was a Venture Capital Fellow. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Anderson School’s Entrepreneurial Studies Center and was a recipient of the Drexel University 2001 College of Engineering Alumni Circle of Distinction Award.
