Mr. Niegsch joined the Comvest Group in March 2010 as an Associate. Previously, Mr. Niegsch spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Joseph & Co. and UBS Investment Bank, where he constructed financial models and performed equity and debt analyses. As an Analyst, Mr. Niegsch worked primarily on M&A and leveraged finance transactions in the Consumer and Media industries. Mr. Niegsch graduated with highest distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a BBA with emphases in Finance and Corporate Strategy.
