Michael J Piechalak

Bio

Mr. Piechalak is a Senior Associate with GESD.  His responsibilities include deal evaluation, transaction support, financing and portfolio company oversight.  Additionally, Mr. Piechalak oversees the firm’s analysts and interns.   Prior to joining GESD, Mr. Piechalak was a deal professional with H.I.G. Capital, where he completed transactions in the consumer products, business services, distribution and telecommunications sectors.  Prior to H.I.G., he was with Lehman Brothers, where he worked in their investment banking division.   Mr. Piechalak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
