Bio

Ms. White joined the firm in 2009 as its General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Administration. Ms. White joined Terrapin from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she did mergers and acquisitions and private investment work. Prior to Davis Polk, Ms. White was a partner at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen. Ms. White was Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Inc. from 1997 to 2001, where she oversaw corporate governance, public company work and executive compensation. Ms. White graduated, cum laude, from Harvard College and received her J.D. from the University of Chicago, where she was comment editor of the law review. She clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Ward, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 1981 to 1983.
