Mr. Taylor has over 10 years of private equity investment experience and over 33 years of experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2000 as a member of the operating team, Mr. Taylor has been involved in investment management activities with all of Pfingsten Partners' portfolio companies. His areas of specialty are Continuous Improvement training, recruiting and human resources. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Taylor was employed by Lukens, Inc. from 1977 to 1999. His final assignment at Lukens was Vice President of Human Resources and Total Quality Leadership at its Washington Specialty Metals division. A Pennsylvania native, Mr. Taylor holds a BS degree in Business Management from West Chester University.
