Bio

Prior to joining Watermill, Mr Silva worked as an Intern at Capital Restoration LLC. While at Capital Restoration, Mr Silva worked on marketing and business development projects targeting the distressed and turnaround business consulting market. Mr Silva began his career at Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income sales management where he designed and implemented systems to give senior management a better toolset for addressing the growing global fixed income and derivatives market. In addition, Mr Silva has over a decade of experience in various roles in the capital markets encompassing product classes that include commodities, equities, derivatives and futures both on and off the floor of major securities exchanges. He has worked in the financial markets in both a proprietary book and market making role. Mr Silva received his MA in International Economics and Finance from the International Business School at Brandeis University. Mr Silva received his BS in Economics at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management with distinction as a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
