Specialist in consumer products, retail, leisure, logistics and distribution and has extensive operational and entrepreneurial experience having funded, operated and sold three successive ventures in the food and beverage sector; including an award winning restaurant in London and a chain of sandwich bars in the North of England. Speaks French and Japanese and BA from Buckingham University as well as diplomas from the Sorbonne and L’Institute Britannique in Paris and the London School of Business.
