Broad management and commercial experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector with Dow Chemicals, BMS, Servier and Napp Laboratories. Has extensive consulting experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nanotechnology fields, most recently focusing on international business development in China, India, Far East and Middle East. Expertise in this area has seen involvement in the production of political and commercial reports in liaison with British Embassies, High Commissions and Consulates combined with direct research with the countries bioscience directorates, high tech incubation parks and corporate companies. Degree in microbiology from the University of Wales and postgraduate experience in oncology and tissue culture research. MBA from Cranfield.
