Gordon Stead

Bio

Joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as an Associate in November 2006. His primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies. Gordon previously was employed by Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) as an Assistant Vice President in their Princeton, NJ headquarters. While at MLIM, Gordon's responsibilities included developing and maintaining relationships with over 350 Merrill Lynch Financial advisors, proactive sales of retail products including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, retirement plans and alternative investments and generating competitive sales ideas. Gordon was responsible for over USD 300 million of MLIM product sales in 2006. In 2004, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
