Mr. Riley joined Cyprium Partners in 2011. Prior to Cyprium, he was President and CEO of Asimco Technologies Holdings Ltd., based in Beijing, China, then a portfolio company of Key Principal Partners (KPP). Asimco is one of the largest foreign-owned suppliers to the commercial and automotive markets in China. Prior to Asimco, Mr. Riley was President and CEO of Energy Conversion Systems, a global supplier of magnetic and carbon motor products to the automotive, power tool and consumer electronics markets with eleven plants in eight countries. Prior to those experiences, Mr. Riley was COO of Magnequench, CEO of Xolox Corporation and President of Zollner Pistons. He began his professional career with Price Waterhouse where he achieved Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Riley served for four years in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea for two years. Mr. Riley received an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and his B.S. in Accounting from Morehead State University; he is a Certified Public Accountant.
