Joined Greenhill in 2010. For the previous 12 years, worked at Close Brothers Corporate Finance in London where he was a Managing Director in the Restructuring Team. Specialises in restructuring (acting for both debtors and creditors) but also has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions across both distressed and successful companies. First class honours degree in Chemistry from Durham University. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
