Country Investment manager, head of a team of financial analysts with responsibility in origination, execution, analysis and reporting, of acquisitions and divestitures of private equity investments (expansion and replacement capital) into the agro-business industry Joined IDIA in March 2010. Began career in 1991 at Interbanca, an Italian investment bank dedicated to financing small and medium businesses, as financial analyst, becoming credit director in 1997. In 1999, contributed to the startup and development of merchant banking activity of Interbanca, as Investment Manager. Starting from 2003, managed a team of investment managers and financial analysts, closing more than 40 investments and divestments, in expansion capital and Lbo transactions, also managing M&A and turnaround activities.
