Bio

Mr. Rubin is an Associate at Normandy and assists in underwriting and closing acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining Normandy, he was a Director within the Investment Sales Division at GVA Williams in New Jersey. His responsibilities included the underwriting and valuation of office, industrial and retail properties, coordinating the marketing of investment properties, performing financial due diligence, crafting detailed offering memoranda, along with conducting property tours. Mr. Rubin received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the School of Business at George Washington University. In addition, Mr. Rubin obtained his Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investments within the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
