Eric Menke

Bio

Prior to that, Mr. Menke served with the investment banking firm of Kidder, Peabody & Company. There he was an advisor to senior management of companies regarding ESOP buyouts, and tax-related financing strategies. Prior to Champlain Capital Partners, Mr. Menke founded Menke Equity Partners, Inc. in 1998, a firm dedicated to sourcing, structuring and financing middle-market buyout transactions. Before forming Menke Equity Partners, Mr. Menke was an officer and board member of MBR Capital Corp., Inc., which was one of the General Partners of MBR Investment Associates, LP, a leveraged buyout fund in which he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and consummating acquisitions on behalf of the partnership. Mr. Menke is Chairman of the Board of Bergensons Property Services, and serves on the Board of Earth Tool Company. Mr. Menke received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California, and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
