Edward Rodgers

Bio

Mr. Rodgers held executive positions at Wachovia Bank (and predecessor banks, which included First Union, First Fidelity, Fidelity and Industrial Valley Bank) for 35 years, most recently as the Managing Director, Co-head of Wachovia Securities Defense and Aerospace practice. During his career, he has headed specialty lending groups that included communications, healthcare, and financial institutions and served on the Board of the Bank’s subsidiary companies. He is a former member of the Audit and Investment Committee of Catholic Health East and a former Director of Elder Trust of Wilmington, Delaware, a publically-held REIT. Mr. Rodgers received a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Salle College. He is a Trustee of Mercy Health System, Conshohocken, PA and a Member of the Investment Committee of Mercy Investment Services, of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas.
