Ted's responsibilities at Praesidian Capital include regulatory, accounting and financial compliance, analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to co-founding Praesidian, Ted was a Partner at Harnell Partners. Before joining Harnell, he served as President of UMC Acquisition Corp, a holding company comprised of three entities: Anaheim Extrusion, a custom shape aluminum extruder; Universal Molding, a metal fabricator and roll former; and UMEX, a commodity aluminum extruder. He served as President and COO of these companies for five years. Ted also founded MH Capital Investors, Inc., a $20,000,000 SBIC, which enabled Manufacturers Hanover to take a more significant role in portfolio companies through larger ownership stakes. He received his MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
