Has deep management experience in the UK and internationally in both the public and private sectors, and specialises in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and performance improvement. Has held numerous senior directorships in the leisure, financial services, engineering services, technology, logistics, business services and consumer industries. Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
