C Deryl Couch

Bio

C. Deryl Couch, Managing Director and General Counsel, has been a corporate, securities, and tax attorney since 1987. Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2000, Mr. Couch served as a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of an NYSE-listed specialty finance company. From 1987 through 1998, Mr. Couch practiced law with White & Case in New York, and most recently served as a Partner with Greenberg Traurig in Florida. Mr. Couch received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
