Bio
Bryan joined Active in September 2004. Prior to Harvard, Bryan was a Vice President of investment banking at Wit Capital and a founding member of the firm's West Coast office. Whilst at Wit, Bryan was directly involved with the firm's IPO in June 1999 and the acquisitions of SoundView and E*OFFERING. Bryan led deal teams for a number of Internet and technology IPOs and also helped build the firm's M&A and Financial Sponsors Groups. Bryan began his investment banking career at Salomon Smith Barney where he worked in the firm's Consumer Group, focusing on emerging growth businesses. He graduated from Harvard Business School in 2004 with an MBA and he also holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
