Bruce brings 33 years of operating experience and 4 years of private equity experience to the LNK team. Prior to co-founding LNK in 2005, Bruce was Chairman and CEO of PVH (NYSE: PVH), one of the largest apparel and footwear companies in the world. Bruce was at PVH for 35 years; 13 years as Chairman and CEO, and two as Chairman overseeing the management transition. During his tenure at PVH, Bruce was instrumental in growing the business organically and through strategic acquisitions. In 2002, Bruce partnered with David and Henry to pursue and execute PVH's acquisition of Calvin Klein, which has been highly successful. In addition, Bruce led numerous other successful acquisitions at PVH, including acquiring such brands as IZOD, Gant, Bass, Arrow and the worldwide rights to Van Heusen. Before being appointed CEO in 1993, Bruce served as the President of PVH for 6 years. Previously, he worked his way through the management ranks of PVH for 15 years where he originally joined as a merchandising trainee. Bruce is currently on the Board of Directors of Modell's Sporting Goods, Charming Shoppes (NASDAQ: CHRS), and Gazal (ASX: GZL), and has served on the Board of Directors of PVH, Gant and MEM. Further, he is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Human Rights Watch. He is a former trustee of Thirteen/WNET, the American Apparel and Footwear Association, Case Western Reserve University, and Business for Social Responsibility. He served on President Clinton's White House Apparel Task Force, which addressed working conditions around the globe and as an advisor on U.S. trade policy to the administrations of Presidents Reagan and Bush. He has also served as a trustee of the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Bruce graduated from Case Western Reserve University.

Education
