Founded the business in 1999 and chairs the investment committee. Twenty years experience investing in growing mid-market companies both from an equity perspective with 3i and Close Brothers and from a senior lenders position with the Bank of Scotland has been the impetus behind the development of their preferred equity, sole or majority funder approach and the core strength of their investment style. Worked in industry prior to becoming an investor. Sits on the Board of Entec. Qualified engineer.
