Most recently, Bernard Plishtin served for five years as the President & CEO of HotRoof Inc a software company focusing on the growing area of video customization and delivery over the Internet. Mr Plishtin engineered HotRoof's "A" and "B" rounds of equity capitalization, negotiated its content licensing and distribution agreements, and managed the Company's award-winning, patented StreamWriterTM technology development and product line rollout. Prior to joining HotRoof, Mr Plishtin was an executive of Imax Corporation, serving as Vice President and General Manager of Imax's Ridefilm Corporation subsidiary. He was responsible for supervisory management of all aspects of the Ridefilm organization from its inception in 1991, engineering the successful sale of Ridefilm to Imax Corporation in 1994, and then managing the the Company and its IMAX RidefilmTM entertainment simulator product through development, launch and market implementation. Previously, Mr Plishtin was a management consultant at Bain & Company. Mr Plishtin received his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 1987 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
