He has a total experience of 7 years. Prior to joining Reliance Private Equity, Anand worked with ICICI Venture as Vice President where he was primarily responsible for investments in the real estate sector and active portfolio monitoring. He was also involved in a stock broking company and evaluating proposals in healthcare and hospitality sectors. Anand worked on evaluating several investment opportunities in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, including a transaction which, if completed, would have been the largest transaction in the Indian real estate sector. He led ICICI Venture's efforts in structuring and modeling the funds' real estate portfolio for a potential listing on LSE. Anand also worked on investment proposals as Risk Analyst in various sectors. Prior to ICICI Venture, he worked with ICICI Bank for close to five years in the Credit Risk Management Group focusing on lending to individuals and large Indian corporates. Anand has experience in the investment, credit appraisals, business development, risk analysis and management areas in various sectors. Anand is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from DAVV University, Indore.
