Adam B Weinstein

Bio

Adam B. Weinstein, Director, joined New Mountain in 2005. He previously worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in that firm's merger and acquisition and private equity investor services areas, with clients that included large and small blue chip private equity and venture capital firms. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Binghamton University. He is a voting member of the Steering Committee and the Chief Financial Officer for the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable, sits on the board of the Great Oaks Foundation a not for profit charter school organization, sits on the boards of various other non-profit organizations and heads the grant board for a private foundation he founded. He also writes articles and thought pieces for Private Equity Manager magazine and speaks on various panels regarding issues affecting the alternative investment industry. He is the Controller for New Mountain overall and the Chief Financial Officer of New Mountain Finance Corporation, a BDC that New Mountain has filed to take public.
