Hannes Ambacher

Bio

Mr Ambacher has been active in the Austrian VC-scene for several years, most recently with top.equity, the private equity fund of Raiffeisen Group. Prior to that, Mr Ambacher was Executive Officer of a regional investment fund and Investment Manager with Bank Austria TFV (Tech-VC fund of Bank Austria, now 3i Austria). Before his career in venture capital, Mr Ambacher worked in software engineering, specialising on tailor-made solutions for mittelstand companies and large financial services firms. Mr Ambacher studied Computer Science at the University of Technology, Vienna, and completed an MBA at the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he focused on Venture Capital & Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Studies.
